I would restart my computer hoping everything works out, however, it did not. So, I purchased my 15.6 HP ENVY x360 last year in late September at Best Buy and was totally psyched that I had this laptop! Although, it was not until last week that my laptop is acting up where the videos (YouTube, Windows Media Player) freeze or constantly have that "thinking" sign and no audio came from any outlet (iTunes, YouTube, Windows Media Player).
